Submit an expense by sending the photo over WhatsApp

A single IndeXpense number serves every company and recognizes each person by the phone number in their profile. No need to open the app or type anything.

How it works

Send the photo
Take a photo of the receipt or forward the invoice PDF. If you send several, it asks whether they’re separate expenses or pages of the same document.
Choose the company
If you work for more than one company, choose which one the expense is for (or your personal account).
It reads and asks for what’s missing
It reads the receipt with AI and asks only for what your company requires and is missing, like the category or cost center, with options to tap.
Confirm
It shows a summary and you choose Confirm, Edit or Discard. Then it offers to send it for approval.
It keeps you posted
When the expense is approved, returned or paid, you get a WhatsApp notification in addition to the email.

What you need to know

Who it’s for: For people submitting expenses in the field who don’t want to install anything else: WhatsApp is all they need.

Same rules as the app
If a policy blocks the expense, the bot explains why and keeps it as a draft so you can fix it.
Menu always at hand
Type anything to see the menu: record an expense, my expenses, my advances, switch company or help.
Linked numbers only
The bot only serves people whose phone number is in their profile and who have accepted the current terms.
Based on your plan
WhatsApp is available on the plans that include it, and AI scans use the company plan’s quota.
